Flat Rate Service Fee A Laser Recharge of Texas uses a flat rate service fee. What this means to you is if we take 30 minutes to fix your printer or two hours, our service rate is the same. If you have more than one printer that needs service we charge for the additional printer based on the complexity of the problem.
NEW On Line Printer Repair Service
This service is ONLY for IT Technicians, Printer Technicians. You must have access to a web cam. You will be logging in to our GotoWebinar account. Once our Tech Support and you are logged in we will quide you through the printer repair process. If we determine that you will need replacement parts, we will ship them to you with next day delivery. This will eliminate printer down time. This service is a flat rate fee plus parts.
